Screen & Digital Printing, Vinyl Die-Cut and Engraving


We provide Engraving and Silk Screening for our products. Production time available upon request.


Screen printing and vinyl die cutting jobs require vector artwork.
Engraving and four-color process digtial print can use both vector and raster artwork, Vector artwork is highly recommended.

For vector artwork, we accept .ai, .cdr, .dxf and .eps formats.
For raster artwork such as photographs and similar style artwork, we accept .jpeg and .png. We recommend a minimum pixel resolution of 300 DPI for beter results.

Customers are responsible for accurate spelling of supplied text for printing or engraving. Any artwork that requires us to edit or re-touch will incur a minimum art charge of $70 per hour. (Max. of two revisions)


Set-up for Silk Screening is based per color, per surface, per artwork (SPOT PRINT ONLY). Includes all screens, films, and artwork charges related to setting up for the actual printing. Clients are to provide PMS color numbers with all requests for Silk Screening.

We engrave line type and company logos. There is a set-up fee per type of product and size.

Depending on work load, rush orders are possible at an additional rate. 


Dimensions are functional and intended to represent general characteristics of the products. We are not responsible for tolerance variation on material thickness.


  1. Awards and bases are sold separately & unassembled. Gluing is available for an additional fee.

  2. Awards come in a variety of sizes listed, custom sizes available with an additional template fee.

  3. Measurements are approximate.

  4. Each individual piece of acrylic is poly bagged.

  5. Overruns & under runs - All shipments will attempt to be filled as per the order quantity. We reserve the right to ship and bill up to 10% over or under the desired quantity due to various manufacturing factors.


All shipments are F.O.B. our La Habra, California warehouse or shipping point. We primarily use United Parcel Service but can ship via FedEx when customer provides a 3rd Party Billing Account. Other shipping methods are avilable upon request. A handling fee is added to freight charge to cover box and packaging material. Damages occurred in transit must be reported within 7 days of shipment delivery date, original packaging and packaging material must be conserved for at least 5 days from reported damage claim and provided to shipping carrier if requested for inspection. Failure to do so will result in denial of damage claim and will reflect replacement cost.


We take every precaution to insure safe arrival, but our responsibility ends when shipment is turned over to the carrier (UPS, Fed Ex ,etc.) If shipment is damaged insist on a damaged notation on the freight bill by the delivery person BEFORE you accept the shipment. Contact the carrier IMMEDIATELY and request an inspection. This must be done prior to filling a damage claim. If you must unpack, SAVE ALL BOXES and packing material. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DAMAGES.



We strive to keep prices as low as possible, however, published prices are subject to change without written notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Orders are accepted with the understanding that they will be billed at the price in effect on the day of shipment.
