Service
Orders are shipped in three business days for stock items. For large quantities, urgent orders or custom items, please allow approximately 7 to 10 working days for normal production, or call for delivery schedule. For large quantity orders please call for a custom quote.
Rush Orders
Orders requiring production in 5 days or less may be subject to a $35.00 Rush Charge.
Open Accounts
Company purchase orders are accepted subject to credit approval. To apply for an open account, please send on your company letterhead, the names, phone numbers and contact persons of your bank, and three open accounts trade suppliers with fax numbers. Approval usually takes three weeks.
First Order
Prepaid only. C.O.D. or Credit Cards welcomed. Terms: Net 30 days with approved credit.
Minimum Orders
$25.00 on stock items, $50.00 on Custom orders.
Volume Orders
For large quantity orders please call for a custom quote.
Custom Orders
Plexi Display Inc. specializes in the fabrication of custom awards. Due to the unique nature of these awards, a fifty- percent deposit is required on all custom orders unless other arrangements are made in advance. Plexi Displays Inc. urges persons submitting drawings or blueprints for fabrication to make their own determination as to design’s suitability for their particular application. Plexi Displays Inc. is not responsible for any problems arising from inadequate designs submitted by the customer to us for fabrication.
Shipping and Delivery
All shipments are F.O.B. our La Habra warehouse or shipping point. United Parcel Service will be used whenever possible. A handling fee is added to freight charge to cover box, packaging material and labor. Applicable shipping charges will be added to your invoice.
Prices
We strive to keep prices as low as possible, however, published prices are subject to change without written notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Orders are accepted with the understanding that they will be billed at the price in effect at the day of shipment.
Product Specifications
Dimensions are functional and intended to represent general characteristics of the products. Plexi Displays Inc. will not be responsible for tolerance variation on material thickness.
Damaged Shipment
We take every precaution to insure safe arrival, but our responsibility ends when shipment is turned over to the carrier (UPS, Truck, etc.). If a shipment is damaged when you receive it, insist on a damaged notation on the freight bill by the delivery person BEFORE you accept the shipment. Contact the carrier IMMEDIATELY and request an inspection. This must be done prior to filling a damage claim. If you must unpack, SAVE ALL BOXES and packing material. Plexi Displays Inc. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DAMAGES.
Return Policy
Unless our error, stock items may not be returned without our written permission. Please call us for a Return Authorization Number. Your shipment may be refused if an authorization has not been obtained. Any authorized merchandise must be carefully packed and in saleable condition to be accepted for return. A 25% restocking charge will be made. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, shipped insured and freight prepaid. All claims must be made 48 hours from date of delivery.
Lost or Damaged Product
Please notify us within 48 hours of the receipt of any items you received damaged. Claims for repair, replacement, corrections or shortages must be presented to our company within two days from receipt of your order.
